Stansbury Consulting Services offers to business, non-profit, or government organization specialized services in organizational development and human resource management systems.

Organizational Development:

This is accomplished by harnessing the client’s leadership in three essential areas:

Recent clients include Developmental Alternatives Inc, Bethesda, MD under the sponsorship of USAID to provide training and technical assistance in Human Resource Management Systems for local government in Sofia, Bulgaria. This project required redesign and delivery of a Human Resource Management System training program in Bulgarian with emphasis on anti-corruption practices, customer service, team work, and team building.
