Training and Client Education is an integral part of building capability with clients. Designed to help organizations strengthen their strategy development capabilities, we provide training and coaching for clients that choose to establish internal support functions.

Client Education programs is designed to help client organizations strengthen their decision-making and strategy development capabilities. These programs offer training and coaching to executives and decision process leaders who work together to build quality into crucial decisions. Although each program in our series of courses can be attended independent of the others, many participants find significant value transitioning from one course to the next. Courses are offered at client sites or publicly with many convenient opportunities throughout the year.
